Husky Sledding Tromsø earns a commission from GetYourGuide when you book a tour through a link or booking widget on this site, at no extra cost to you. You pay exactly what you would pay going to GetYourGuide directly. That commission is the only way this site is funded.
How it works
Every booking link and availability widget here points at GetYourGuide, a licensed online travel agency, and carries my partner identifier. If you book after following one, GetYourGuide pays me a share of what they earn on that booking. Nothing is added to your total, no code is required, and the tour itself is sold and run by the operator, not by me.
I am not a tour operator. I take no bookings, hold no money, own no dogs and run no camps — more about who is behind this on the about page.
What it does not buy
Placement, ratings or a kinder verdict. The commission works the same way whichever of the six tours you book, so there is no tour I am paid more to push. The star scores and review counts on this site are GetYourGuide’s own, from travellers, not ours — which is why the tour rated 4.7 is written up as a 4.7 and why every review spells out who the tour is wrong for. A guide that only ever says yes is worth nothing to anybody.
Where the links are
Tour cards, the “check availability” widgets and the comparison tables all lead to GetYourGuide. Links between pages on this site are ordinary internal links and earn nothing. If you would rather not use my links, go to GetYourGuide yourself and search for the tour by name — the names are on the reviews and on the all-tours page.

Frequently asked questions
Does booking through this site cost me more?
No. You pay GetYourGuide’s normal price, and the commission comes out of what GetYourGuide earns, not out of your pocket. Nothing on this site quotes a figure in any currency — the booking widget shows you the live cost when you are ready.
Do you earn more from some tours than others?
Not in a way that changes anything I write. The commission arrangement is the same across GetYourGuide bookings, so there is no tour I have a reason to push. My reasoning for each recommendation is on the all-tours page.
