What I can help with
Questions about which of the six tours fits your group, what the day involves, how the camps differ, or anything on this site that reads as wrong or out of date. If you are trying to choose, it saves us both time if you tell me your dates, the ages in your group and how much of the day you are willing to give up — those three things decide it nearly every time. Most of the answer is already on the all-tours page.
What I cannot help with
I am not a tour operator and I hold no bookings, so I cannot change, move or cancel one for you. For that, use the booking confirmation GetYourGuide sent you, or contact the operator through it. I also cannot tell you whether the northern lights will be out on a particular night, which is covered as honestly as I can manage on the aurora page.
Weather cancellations, minimum group numbers and how far ahead to book are all normal questions with real answers — those live on booking and cancellation.

Frequently asked questions
Can you change or cancel my booking?
No. I am an independent guide, not the operator and not the seller, so I have no access to your booking. Use the confirmation email GetYourGuide sent you. The rules on weather cancellations and minimum numbers are explained on booking and cancellation.
Can operators pay for a better review?
No, and nobody has managed it yet. I earn an affiliate commission on bookings made through GetYourGuide links regardless of which tour you choose, which is exactly why it cannot buy a ranking — see the affiliate disclosure.
